On December 10, 2008, I set out on a Weight Loss Journey to lose 101 pounds in one year with the assistance of my trainer, Robert Lagana. I celebrated my one year anniversary with an 87 POUND LOSS! I feel amazing! 2009 was definitely "Two-thousand-MINE (2KMINE)"!! The New Year has arrived and it's now time for me to execute the plans laid out in my BLUEPRINT 2010 as I continue on this wonderful journey towards a LIFETIME of HEALTH & FITNESS! Good work. Keep that scale working ince a week, so you'll have something to look forward to, like a weekly mini-goal. It kept me notivated when I was going for my initial 50lbs.
Ah, thanks for enlightening me with that cute cartoon. NOW I know my problem ;).
I've always weighed in once a week. I think its better that way and its keeps you on the less obsessive side too. I'm glad you're keeping up the good work;)

Thanks guys...I will keep weighing once a week and just remember to tell myself not to get discouraged if the loss isn't huge. Any loss is a good thing, right? :)
