Hi guys,
Well I weighed in this morning and that feking scale DID NOT MOVE!!! I was a bit ticked at first, then I realized I just weighed in last Friday (because of my trip to Halifax) so this hasn't even been a full week. Also, I missed two workout sessions because I've been sick and my eating was not at 100% this week - I DID NOT HAVE ANY JUNK, it's just that I skipped a few meals and did not drink as much water as I should have (stupid cold!!) So no big deal. I will record it as a "no loss" but I know next week will be better. That's it for now.Until next time...

Joania, you just WI on Friday. I would not even count it, because it has not been a full week. On the plus side your stats are amazing an keep up the good work.

wow... be sure to brush off the ignorant comments that will come your way.. I went back to confirm the numbers and can confidently assert that a goal to lose 101 lbs. from 258 lbs to 157 lbs is more than reasonable and well within healthy standards for your age and height!!
I fully agree on STRIVING to be as healthy as you can be..
Let that fire that was ignited in you keep you going even harder..!

It has only been 5 days AND you did not GAIN weight AND you had a "mini" trip AND you're sick so I'd say your glass is still half FULL!!!
