It was an absolutely beautiful day today! Clear blue skies, pure white fluffy clouds and a big, bright and hot sun!! It was 20+ degrees celcius today!! So why does this suck? Because I'm sick!! I have a sore throat and runny nose....I know it's just about to get worst...that's what sucks. I don't know if it's a cold or what, kinda feels like the beginnings of strep. GREAT!!!
Anyway, just a quick post tonight. Don't much feel like writing today, even though I've got a lot to say (as usual) but I will post tomorrow or maybe even later this evening. I have some news to share!! :) I'm just going to check on my son, make sure he's sleeping soundly!

On December 10, 2008, I set out on a Weight Loss Journey to lose 101 pounds in one year with the assistance of my trainer, Robert Lagana. I celebrated my one year anniversary with an 87 POUND LOSS! I feel amazing! 2009 was definitely "Two-thousand-MINE (2KMINE)"!! What a tease! How will I be able to sleep wondering what the news is?
Sorry you aren't feeling well. Do you ever take Cold F/X? I take it year round and since I started I rarely get sick like I used to.
If not, how about gargling with warm salt water or hot lemon tea with honey? Always makes the throat feel better.
Anyhow you temptress I can't wait to hear the news!

I'm sorry you're sick & hope you get better quickly! I just found your blog & am looking forward to reading it on a regular basis. I'm just starting my weight loss journey. I posted my "before" pictures along with my measurements & weight; boy that made me sick to my stomach! I know I'll be motivated as I see my goals come to pass though & I'm sure I'll be glad I kept pictures of it all.
It is bad enough being sick, but being sick on a beautiful day really stinks. I hope your rest helped you to get better.
