I'm Off to Workout (Thanks TONY)

So as you all know from my whining, I've been feeling crappy lately with this cold. Well I decided to catch up on some of the blogs I follow. I decided I was not going to workout tonight, because I'm not feeling that well. So, I click on Tony's blog and started reading his current post!! I feel like such a turd. Here I am with a little cold, granted not feeling the best and had no intentions of working out tonight!! Well, I read this post and decided to end my pity party right then and there!! I'm off to get a workout in...will be back later! Thanks Tony, you are such a great inspiration!! Congrats on all your weight loss success!! You deserve every ounce of happiness this brings!

Just when I thought I was the only one out there fighting to stay one step ahead of this vicious cycle of dieting and my food addiction. I come across your blog, which encouraged and inspired me to press on. I would like to become a follower and also would like to leave me site for you to visit. www.dietbegone.com or www.whatisyourjoyjuice.blogspot.com
Keep on doing what you are doing because you will never know how many lives you will touch just by blogging.
