Hi all,
Just a quick post to touch base and give you an update. I am out of town again on business and will return next week. Anyway, I did weigh-in this past weekend and managed to lose 1 more pound bringing my total to 66 pounds gone!! Whoohooo!!
I will post the details later on. Going to try to stay on track this week...it will be hard!

Congrats on the loss! Have fun where ever you're going!
I remember when I was traveling, it was so hard to do the right thing, work out, eat the right foods. You're so focused and determined that I'm sure you'll do awesome!
